Setup and integration

How does your pricing work?

Framework is the only adaptive marketing automation platform.

We offer you the ability to choose the features that you need and change them as you grow.

With Framework, you get:

Can I try Framework before I buy it?

YES. We offer a 14-day risk free trial with no contract where you have a full access to the entire functionalities of the platform for a period of two weeks. You can upload or download any information and your data will be handled. If you don’t cancel your account during the free trial, you will be automatically charged.

Is a contract required?

No. We do not require you to sign a contract to use Framework for any length of time. If your company requires a contract, we can provide one, or sign your agreement, but we do not require one.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

YES. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Your credit card will not be charged beyond that month. However, if your fee is based on an annual billing subscription, then you need to change your billing settings with one of our success managers.

Can I change from annual to monthly billing?

Annual billing offers reduced subscription fees by requiring commitment to pay fees on a monthly basis for a full year.

You can break this agreement at any time, but you will be charged according to the regular monthly billed fees for all previous months of the agreement.

If I want to exceed my limits, can I change my plan?

YES. You can, at any point in time, upgrade or downgrade your features to suit your needs.

I can't seem to create a plan that suits my needs. Is it possible to customize your platform?

YES. Our platform was built from the ground up entirely by our team of marketing-savvy experts and developers. We can customize our platform to integrate and function with any requirement. To better understand your needs and to answer any questions, book a meeting with one of our success managers.

I’m a high volume sender, do you accommodate more than a million emails per month?

YES. We can definitely accommodate high-volume sending clients. Talk to one of our success managers to learn more about our volume pricing.

Do you have special rates for enterprises?

YES. Talk to one of our success managers to learn more about our Enterprise rates.

Do you have special rates for partners and affiliates?

YES. We have a Partners Program that includes special high-volume rates and lucrative commissions as well as training, tools and full support to agencies, consultants, implementation partners and affiliates. Talk to one of our success managers if you’re interested.

Do you help with the setup process?

YES. We offer optional personalized onboarding, setup and training on our platform.

How many hours of support will I get?

We consider that support is key to your success. That’s why we don’t limit our technical support with a defined number of hours. As long as it’s reasonable and productive, we will keep on extending our technical help until you are fully capable of doing what you intended to do. We also offer training and one-on-one support at a very reasonable cost if you wish to reduce your learning efforts to the minimum.

I'm only interested in using social media management on your platform. Can I choose only one module?

YES. Framework is an adaptive marketing automation platform. You can choose one or more modules to customize your subscription to your needs.

Please note that the Lead Management and Email Marketing* modules are preselected and will always be turned on since they are essential and available for free.

* Email marketing is available for free with a limit of 5000 emails/month. You can always change this limit to the number of emails you expect to send per month and change your subscription accordingly. Cost will vary depending on the number of emails you choose. 

Does Framework support an ecommerce website?

Yes. Framework has plugins that can integrate with other ecommerce websites such as Shopify and WooCommerce.   

Do you integrate with other CRMs or platforms?

YES. We integrate with thousands of third party apps using native connectors and synchronization tools including Salesforce, Hubspot, Zapier, Shopify, Wordpress, Zoho CRM and more.

Can I send SMS messages from Framework?

You need to have a subscription with Twilio, a third party SMS messaging provider, in order to send SMS messages from the Framework platform.

How many SMS messages can I send per /month?

The number of SMS messages are based on the plans you subscribe to with Twilio.

How does an automation work?

An automation works by setting up the triggers i.e (signup to list) and actions corresponding to that trigger (send an email), then activating it once all the actions have been added.

What are all the possible triggers?

Triggers are: Signup to List, Reached Goal, Specific Date, Contact Update API, Email Opened, Link Clicked, Completed Order, Abandoned Cart and Custom Event…

How many emails am I allowed to send?

As many as you need. You can set and change the limit of emails you expect to send.

Do you have a drag-and-drop functionality?

Yes. You can create an email by choosing from our drag-and-drop pre-designed templates, layouts or components.

Can I upload an external email template?

Yes, you can. By uploading your own HTML code.

Can I personalize my emails?

Yes, you can personalize your emails by adding shortcodes that are available in the email builder editor.

Are your emails mobile friendly?

Yes. We always make sure our emails are mobile responsive and look great across all devices and browsers.

How is email marketing performance measured?

It depends on whether your business is B2B or B2C and the target audience you would like to reach. You can send the same email at different days and times to determine the most convenient time.

Can I send a large volume of emails in small batches?

Yes. You can use our bulk email sending functionality within Framework to break down your target lists into smaller subsets and mitigate your sending risk (spam, bounces, etc…) across a longer period of time.

How is email marketing performance measured?

You can measure the performance of your campaigns by tracking the open rate, click through rate, conversions, bounces and spam complaints so you will be able to determine, based on the goals you set, if the desired results are met or not.

How many SMS messages can I send per month?

The number of SMS messages are based on the plans available in Twilio. You’ll be able to send Twilio SMS from the Framework platform.

What are soft bounces and hard bounces?

A soft bounce indicates a temporary delivery issue of the campaign to an email address. This can be due to the email inbox being full, or the recipient mail server is experiencing some technical issues and is temporarily offline. In short, this means the current campaign could not be currently delivered, but if you try again in the future, you might be able to deliver the message because this is not a permanent delivery issue.
A hard bounce however means that there is a permanent issue with the delivery. This is due to the email address not existing anymore for example or maybe the domain name of the recipient has expired.

Landing pages

How to create a landing page with Framework?

You can create a landing page by choosing from our pre-designed templates, layouts or components. Or you can either develop a new design building block on your own.

Can I personalize my landing pages?

Yes, you can personalize your landing pages by adding shortcodes that are available in the landing page builder editor.

How many landing pages can I create?

You can create as many landing pages as you want. No limitations.

Can I upload an external landing page?

Yes, you can. By uploading your own HTML code.

Can I test the responsiveness of a landing page?

Yes. You can preview how your landing page looks across your browsers and different devices.

Does your landing page builder include ecommerce?

Yes. You can now copy the feed of a particular ecommerce website and use them as blocks in landing pages. Users will be able to view the products directly on these pages.

Can I measure the analytics of my landing page?

Yes. Framework allows you to track the traffic and conversions generated from your landing pages and obtain detailed lead interactions across your various marketing channels.

Can I add my own tracking code to my landing page?

Yes. You can add third party tracking or retargeting codes such as Google Tag Manager and Facebook Pixel.

Can I use my own domain name with Framework landing pages?

Yes, Framework allows you to use your own custom domain with your landing pages.

Can I add UTM tags to my landing page?

Yes. You can add UTM parameters to your landing page in order to measure the performance of your campaigns and find out how to get more visitors.

Social media management

What channels does Framework allow me to manage?

You can manage your Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Instagram. On Instagram, you can monitor your posts, followers, following, mentions, and reply to comments. Framework also allows you to set your Business Account on Instagram to send email reminders.

How many profiles can I connect?

You can connect as many profiles as you want.

Is there a calendar view of scheduled posts?

Yes! You can visualize all your posts on a single calendar. You can use the drag & drop functionality or display your posts on a weekly, monthly or list view to easily manage your social media content.

Can you automate social media posting?

Yes. You can schedule your social media posts from the dashboard ahead of time to be published once or on a recurring manner. You can also put all your posts that you want to publish in an excel sheet for mass posting. Check this for more information.

Can I measure social clicks?

Yes, absolutely. Based on the URL click counter, you’ll be able to track the number of clicks for each of your social media posts.

What social media analytics data can I track within the platform?

There are several metrics that Framework’s social media suite allows you to monitor such as your followers geographic, demographic data and their engagement with your posts by looking at the number of likes, links clicked, visits, mentions, impressions, shares, comments and much more.

Does Framework support social listening?

Definitely. Framework’s social media suite allows you to geo search and track hashtags and keywords to monitor your brand mentions on Twitter. You can also search for accounts and follow them from the platform. Similarly for Instagram, you can search hashtags directly from your Framework account to track the mentions of your brand and find posts relevant to your industry.

What type of content should I post?

It depends on your target audience and their preferences. You can look at your posts insights within your analytics section, to track the previously published posts types, their clicks, comments, impressions, likes and shares. Visuals are enticing for social media and you can use Canva editor to design artworks, banners, infographics and more, without the need for editing skills.

Can I download or export data?

Yes. Depending on your preferences, you can download your data or export reports using custom dashboards. You can also export some data like your followers countries, and posts insights for Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram.

Analytics

How many reports can I generate per month?

You can generate and share as many reports per month as you need. With Framework, reporting is UNLIMITED.

Can I have multiple dashboards for different users?

Yes, you can create a different dashboard with a different set of widgets for each user.

Can I schedule reports?

Yes. You can create customized reports and have them sent on a recurrent basis to recipients of your choice.

Can I share my reports with others?

Yes. You can share reports with clients or other team members via a public URL link.

Can I measure social media referrals?

Yes absolutely. Based on the URL click counter, you’ll be able to track the number of clicks for each of your social media posts.
